My journey in the U.S. sushi industry began in 1998. Over the decades, serving as a Franchise Operations Manager for major, household-name brands, I gained an insider’s view of how the industry works. But I also witnessed a frustrating reality: corporate greed and inflated markups consistently squeezed the very people driving the business—our partners.

I grew tired of watching passionate, hard-working operators struggle with razor-thin margins just to line the pockets of corporate executives. The current system is broken, and that is exactly why I founded Roll House Foods. We are here to disrupt the market and level the playing field.

By combining my 25+ years of operational expertise with direct-to-manufacturer supply contracts, I’ve built a business model designed to completely eliminate unnecessary corporate overhead and middleman markups.
